Absolutely! For easier installation, we recommend briefly soaking the hose in boiling water. This will soften the material, making it much easier to slide onto the fittings.

If the filter floats, simply submerge it and gently swirl it in the water until it fills with water and sinks to the bottom.

This usually indicates one of two things:
- A blockage: The water pump or filter may be clogged. Please clean them thoroughly.
- Low water level: There may not be enough water in your container. Add more water until the desired level is reached.
You can try unclogging the pump by injecting warm water into the pump inlet with a syringe (not included). After resolving the issue, restart the product, and the system will cycle water and reset itself.
